Espoused by Mr. Ajay Devgn's deep love for cinema, NY Cinemas aims to bring back the old world charm of watching movies with unique concept driven theatres. The brand's initials take after Mr. Devgn's children - Nyasa and Yug - and it's only fitting that the core philosophy of NY is rooted in love.
NY Cinemas will make movies accessible to everyone while creating a quality multiplex experience unlike any other. Right from including senior citizens and handicapable friendly facilities at our cinemas, to employing them at our theatres and providing them more opportunities to lead a respectful life, NY will bring people together from all sections of society. A place where no one feels left out. A place that is For The Love of Cinema.
We are already operational in 19 screens including Hapur, Ghazipur, Raebareli and Surendranagar, and plan to bring the multiplex experience to 250 screens across India in the next 5 years.

He is the first superstar who is at the helm of a multiplex chain and brings with him not only star power and a strong celebrity network but a creative approach to the business of films.

National Award winner and producer of marquee Hindi films like Omkara, Special 26, Drishyam and Raid, Mr. Kumar Mangat brings over 30+ years of experience in production and talent management. His sharp business capabilities combined with his creative vision were the laying grounds for taking NY Cinemas a notch above the rest.
RAJEEV SHARMA
Chief Executive Officer
With over 22 years of experience in Business Development, Rajeev Sharma brings a competitive edge to the business strategy of NY Cinemas. He spearheaded Fujifilm Motion Pictures India for 10 years and brought it to number two with a turnover of Rs. 100 CR within 7 years. He has successfully managed to expand operations for NY Cinemas across India.
